Terrible experience! What was said to be a 3 day job turned into 6 weeks. Our contract included relocating a downspout, painting our window shutters, a small siding job, eavestrough/soffit/fascia.After day 1, there was a 5 inch rip in our new sliding screen door with no word from the company about it. Our pot lights had been removed temporarily and were left outside - we brought the lights in, there was a piece missing - no word from the company. We complained about the screen door and they agreed to replace the screen at their expense. It took a while to do this but it did get done. I was upset that he took the door out and was going to transport it in his truck with all his tools/ladder bc I didn’t want damage to the frame. He said he would come back in couple hours with his car to get it and left the door in our front yard. He did not come back for it until later that weekend. The door did not slide properly after reinstalled and we had to get a door company out to fix it.They did not redirect the downspout as agreed upon and instead redirected it onto our garage without letting us know - even though we said the garage will be torn down in the near future. We were home all day and no one communicated any of the changes from the contract to us. The point of contact said he forgot about the relocated downspout then later he said they didn’t do it because it would impact water flow. He said he was a roofer and not an eavestrough guy. He said that there would be no insurance for work done if they had to redirect the water flow as said in quote. (Note: We had quotes from other companies saying they could do the redirection of eavestrough)The shutters were removed and should have been a quick/easy job. We were told a pro painter would do it. After weeks of being told that the paint had to cure and the painter was meticulous about his work - the shutters were returned with large spots of paint missing/showing the old colour underneath and they were still wet and transported in a garbage bag. We complained about the shutters and he said he was disappointed too. Yet he was going to put them up anyway until we complained. He did take the shutters home to paint himself.We had a small siding job done - lower front of our house and it looks good. We had new house numbers that they agreed to put up. The main contact wanted to take the numbers home to practice on a sample piece of siding first. When we gave him the numbers and pieces, we said be careful because there was loose spacers sitting on all the screws. When he returned he only had 2 of the six spacers - said that was all we gave him. We told him, no it was 6. He later told us that his girlfriend had found them at home. When he came back another day he said he must have dropped the spacers. We looked and found them all scratched up on the street where he had parked the other day.We asked about discounts for all these issues and the boss came by and told us he could knock off $250 - only if we would give a 5 star review. We didn’t accept because we feel that is misleading.After lots of back and forth discussion I was able to negotiate $150 off the total quote - for us to purchase new house numbers to replace the damaged ones.This company is terrible at showing up when they say they will. There were many days we worked from home to be available - they did not show up. It was quite unsettling to be blatantly lied to, not informed as issues arose and be given conflicting excuses.The main contact came to our house atleast 20 times and sometimes not even to do anything - deciding it was too windy to work or too late to do it.While they did do some work well, it’s hard to feel confident in the work that was done because their dishonesty and lack of communication. Every time we complained, his boss would come talk to us and the boss would just ask for us to pay more and argue with us - never did anything to resolve the issues or show any care about our concerns.

Ronovations did an excellent job replacing my flat roof and in coordinating the removal and re-installation of my deck and gazebos that were on top of this flat roof. Mike and his team were professional , efficient and knowledgeable during the whole process and did the whole job in a very timely manner.
