Anyone who hires Ross Construction (Greg Stephen) is an idiot! Trust me because i'm the biggest idiot of them all, I had this company do my roof, siding, windows, and porch this past summer. The job was to take 10 days once it began and once it did begin it was four months that I had to put up with these so called workers here, most days just one guy showed up and other days none! I found a worker passed out in my yard with 8 cans of budwiser thrown about the yard, windows that were put in off center, damaged window coverings, and siding that would fall off before they returned the next day. I mentioned to Greg many times the problems I was having and he would do nothing, it got to a point where he would not return my phone calls at all. I should have not paid him for this job at all but i'm not the kind of person who does this. I am now trying to get ahold of the owner Greg Stephen who again will not return my call, I have fasia that has fallen off my house, siding that has falling off that will not re-connect, drip edge that has blown away, and window flash that has falling down. When I first called Greg on this matter to my surprise he called me back right away, said how bad he felt and he's be out that day to assist and get the problem solved. That was Dec 20th and he did not come out or has not returned my calls since. I think he only answered the first call because he thought maybe it was a job. I also have major concerns over how he removed my asbestos siding from my home as well as my neighbours do and am in contact with environment canada over this issue, I have also contacted the building department of Windsor with respect to the porch he did that has all but totally falling down, all the railings have dislodged and I have been told by Canada Post to put my mailbox at the bottom of the stairs because their workers will not step in this porch saying its unsafe. I am told there should have been a permit but I don't think they got one. Sorry to go on and on but they have messed up so much on my house I don't want others to go thru what I have.
