I was approached by Griffin as a walk by a few months back, I’ve been thinking of updating my roof around the time, so it was perfect opportunity to get a quote from him, in turn he was very knowledgeable and up front, no hidden cost, plus he can guide u to a finance company with low interest if u can’t pay it all at once (we end up didn’t need it, but it was a good option to have)We scheduled a date, but when it got close the weather wasn’t very stable he was willing to rescheduled to tend to my concern, which I was very appreciated and finally when May comes weather seen to be mush better and we are ready! But he had to push us back a couple of days, which in turn I totally understood.Anyway, the big dumpster got dropped off, the guy was very nice and gentle that he put wood plank underneath it so it wouldn’t mark my driveway, and the undoing of my old roof began!!! The guys was very efficient and careful, they even got the water barrier down the first day, second day was a little slow, but they did manage to get more than half done and most of the vents changed, third day was finishing up the shingles and clean up most of the big debris around the house.On the fourth day it was the new gutters, they did take some time, but it was done just as the sun went down(without the down pipes)Finally on the fifth day, all the down pipes are connected a little touch up here and there, with the garbage bin hauled away and Griffin did a walk around on the roof with me!My final thoughts, their installation was very nice, all the flashing and end piece was well placed, exposed nails(for the vents) was sealed with sealer/silicone, my only little little feed back to Griffin was about the final clean up(because that was the sales pitch that got me to go with him) might need a little bit effort, but all in all I am very happy

I had been wanting to get our roof cleaned but never had time to find someone to do it. Luckily one of their employees was in our neighborhood and asked us if we wanted a quote. The price seemed good so I agreed to have the work done.When their crew arrived, they were very professional and friendly. We also mentioned that water was dripping into the house by our skylight when it rains very heavily. They had a quick look, found a couple of holes and told us someone would be in touch to discuss repairs.Griffin contacted us shortly after that and came by to do a full roof inspection. He did a great job identifying several issues and explained what needed to be done. He sent his crew back the following day to do the repairs and once the work was finished, Griffin came by again to check on the repairs.Overall it was a positive experience with Griffin and their staff. I would highly recommend Rydel if you need any work done to your roof.

Griffin is very professional and honest. My neighbour and I had Rydel clean our gutters and install guards and the results look great. I also had a retractable awning installed and that got done efficiently while I was away.
