I will highly recommend St, Louis roofing for any roof renovation/ replacement, with my eyes closed hands down. Julian was very professional, reliable, punctual and cleaned up after every job. Do not reccomend. Started Feb 3 it’s been 6 months!!Quoted jobmuch more expensive Landmark architectural shingles. We did not want the architectural type and expressed we wanted BP Mystigue a much less costly shingle and different style 3 tab. metal porch areaWe had deficiencies and damages to roof due to another contractor which we needed fixed.standing seam incorrectly without trim, improperly screwed aluminum into the standing seam panels damaging them. He did not put the proper trim against the wall of the stone and stucco and its u finished. He damaged panels and front and back Eavestroughs. When we expressed up him that this is not how the metal installed on other properties and he shouldn’t have screwed a flashing piece on top the top of the standing seam panels he argued and was rude. He stated he would fix and finish properly and has failed to do so otherwise now refusing and I quote he claims that he refuses “because I wrote this review”.He said he knows how to install Standing seam but when we reviewed the videos and images of his Install with the metal company they said it’s not correct and has to be removed, trim pieces installed on walls, valleys and Eavestroughs then replace all standing seam paneling damsged with screws and flashing, reinstall the metal and replace damaged Eavestroughs.Julian states he will post the incorrect first quote with the wrong landmark shingles onto my review here to falsely claim and make it seem as though he wasn’t to do metal portion. unfair business practice and I am filing a claim.I have photos/video hom installing it.He is refusing to provide is the proper invoice and reciept for our job after receiving full payment. That too is a violation of consumer protection laws.We Paid deposit and into job he asked for Asked for 50 % more payment claiming shingles were done and they were not! They were covered with snow in certain areas so we could not see.He quoted a much higher cost for landmark shingle which was Not what we wanted and we got cheaper bp mystique. He has refused and failed to update that quote and provide the proper and invoice which is hindering legal issues I had with contractor I mentioned that caused roofing deficiencies and other exterior issues.He did some fixing on the plywood and one area of small wood to put on Eavestrough. Gave him 30 cases of iko caimbridge which I’m sure is worth at least over 1000 at cost and more as to what he would charge a customer.Did not do the standing seam metal properly after the start ehe. He said he knew how to do it. Then he, failed to put any of the standing seam metal trim pieces on. Improperly screwed piece of aluminum into the standing seam panels!! We knew it was not how it should be done. He was very argumentative and condescending. , slow to get the job done, left so many nails everywhere and both my neighbours complained and my husband got a flat tire! It’s not responsible and us a hazard I continually had to ask him to remove.He took payment and has refused abd failed to provide the proper invoice. He failed to return to measure to order the standing seam metal pieces he damages with screwed, install proper tand cover front/ base of the house where it meets the metal and damaged Eavestroughs. He left a mountain of debris on my lawn for weeks and had the audacity to suggest I rent a truck abd dispose of it? With tons of nails it? Left Cigarette butts and food and drink containers.I contact him and get excuses like his phone wasn’t working, then couldn’t get my texts, then said he’d come back to fux it and took my money and did not.would’ve removed review if he had rectified .He finally follows up after seeing my review, and texts me because I wrote a review he refusing g to complete it abd send the proper revisit/invoice is unfair business practice and deceptive to clsim falsehoods that the metal is not his job by posting the first quote/improper invoice that is not the material, metal or work done to fux deficiencies so that doesn’t reflect our actual job.
